Luups

Luups was founded in Denmark in 2021, starting with the practical questions around a meal: how food is served, how guests carry their trays and how tableware is handled afterwards. The Luups tray received a Red Dot Design Award in 2022, and the range has since expanded with more pieces for buffets and meal service.

It includes bowls, plates, serving platters and GN containers in different sizes and colours. The products are lightweight, stackable and designed for repeated use and machine washing. The material combines wood fibres and polypropylene, using PEFC-certified wood. For hotels, staff restaurants and other operations serving large numbers of meals, Luups offers an alternative to traditional porcelain, with particular attention to weight and handling.
