Restaurant Academy
Buhr Agenturer AB and Restaurangakademien AB have recently signed a cooperation agreement where Restaurangakademien will exclusively use porcelain and stoneware from Bauscher and Playground in all its activities.
The selected range is a modern mix of the new "Noble China" porcelain mass in combination with trendy stoneware from Playground.
The base porcelain consists of the new series "Purity" in undecorated white and with the discreet decor "Pearls light".
The stoneware from Playground is a mix of the "Nara" and "Sea" series.
For buffets, gastronorm plates and bowls from Bauscher's buffet series "Emotion" have been selected.

Nice to finally get this collaboration in place and be able to show off our latest and most modern range in the right environment.
We generally notice an increased interest in both fine porcelain and stoneware, and being able to combine these in the way that the Restaurant Academy has chosen to do is, we believe, a trend-setter.
Thanks to BHS's new digital platform GCC (Global Communication Centre), we have also been able to make our own digital catalog with exactly the parts selected by the Restaurant Academy.

Skåne Kulinar
Swedish Chefs' Association in Scania/Scania Kulinar is an association, consisting of approx. 4-500 members and whose purpose is to look after the interests of Scania's kitchen managers, chefs and cold servers. The main task of the association's activities is to actively promote and strengthen the professions it represents and to develop the Scanian food culture.
As an important element in the development of the members and the food culture, the association actively participates in a variety of competition contexts as an organizer, competition management, judge and not least by running the regional team Skåne Kulinar under its own auspices, which represents Skåne in national and international competitions. Over a ten-year period, a conscious investment has meant that Scanian gastronomy is today at the top of the world.
